Return ki suvidha sirf vishesh paristhitiyon me hi di jaati hai.

Only Defective or Damaged Returns Allowed

Agar aapko receive hua product Defective (kharab), Damaged (toota hua courier me) hai, ya fir aapko Wrong Product (galat item) deliver ho gaya hai, toh aap bilkul chinta na karein. Aise cases me hum aapka product bina kisi extra charge ke replace ya return karwa kar denge.

Return Eligibility Criteria

Defective product hone par bhi return process karne ke liye niche di gayi sharton ka poora hona zaroori hai:

  • Product unused (unopened) hona chahiye aur uski original packaging/box safe honi chahiye.
  • Zaroori Note: Courier box open karte waqt ek chhota sa Unboxing Video zaroor bana lein, taaki hum defective product ko asani se verify karke aapka return turant approve kar sakein.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Agar koi product out of stock hota hai aur hum aapko replacement nahi bhej paate, toh us case me aapka poora amount aapke original payment method (UPI/Bank Account) me 5-7 working days ke andar refund kar diya jayega.
